Create Subjects
edu-crm allows lecturers to manage subjects and courses. Academics decides, if grades can be seen in the student information system or not. Cut-off dates allow the dean to control the deadline of grades entered. Each subject can have an unlimited amount of exams, assignments or projects. The distribution of the grading can be done directly in the interface.
Grade Management
Each Lecturer can seamlessly enter grades by class and in alphabetical order or sorted by student ID. The mean is calculated and refreshed instantly and the name of the lecturer is tracked every time a change is done. When the cut-off date is reached the entry of new grades is blocked automatically.

 

Track Attendance & Behavior
Each lecturer has the possibility to enter attendance and behavior points. Records are tracked individually and  can be reviewed by students, registrar and lecturers. Lecturers also enter reasons for missed classes and points are listed on the grade sheet.
Print attendance sheets
You can print internal or public attendance sheets. The difference is that public attendance sheets will feature only the student ID, but not the student name in order to protect the students. The sort order is chosen randomly. You can also select the date range of the attendance records to be shown.
Interact with Students
Write messages to your students and select which user groups will receive them. Send information about events, exams and classes. You can even send files and edit your messages with the built in WYSIWYG-editor. You can also check, how many students have opened the message sent and even print a list by names. edu-crm also lets you track each student, how often has the student logged in and when was the last time he was online. When the student logs in and reads the message, the status will change to READ.
