Sending Messages
Selected users can send messages to students or other user groups. You can even send messages to all lecturers. The built-in WYSIWYG-editor allows you to  add pictures, format texts and even add tables to your messages. This will allow you to reach your students easily.
Selecting the target group
Sending messages works with the selection of attributes. Depending on the attributes you select, the user groups will receive messages or not. You can send messages to all people in Class HA3-Class 4, or only to international student in that class or to everyone living in building A, or all students, who come from a certain country. You can also select the status of the student e.g. only Current Students or students on internship.
Track the success
As soon as the messages have been sent out, you can track the review rate in edu-crm. See exactly which students have reviewed which message and when the last time was they logged into the student information system. You can also see the ratio of read and unread messages and even print a list of all the persons, who have read a message.
Communicate Grades
Communicating grades can be delicate and time consuming. This is why edu-crm has the capability of releasing grades to students once they have been approved by the management. The mean of each student will show based on the actual grades, which can be seen in the student information system.
Full Attendance Control
Students can review their attendance control at all times. They can check, if absences have been entered correctly and which reasons have been entered. They can also see, which teacher has entered the absences and if they lost points based on behavior. This function can be adapted according to the schools attendance rules and regulations.
